Trying to fart “really loud” on purpose can backfire into pain, haemorrhoids, or an accident, so it is not a great goal.
If you are asking for comedy, the safest move is sound effects, a whoopee cushion, or a well-timed chair scrape.
Real fart volume is mostly luck: gas amount, how tight your clothes are, and how your body is positioned.
Do not strain or “push”; forcing it can irritate your gut and pelvic floor, and the risk is not worth the laugh.
If you feel pressure, walking, stretching, or gently bringing knees to chest can help gas pass without force.
If loud farting is happening a lot without trying, look at triggers like fizzy drinks, beans, sweeteners, and eating fast.
